COVID 19-Vaccination
The COVID-19 vaccine rollout is limited by the availability of vaccine stock.
We will do our very best to vaccinate the highest risk patients first and then we’ll be working hard, along with other providers, to vaccinate the rest of the Australian population.

If you are booking by phone we require you to complete a consent form prior to your visit, and return it to us, if able, prior to your appointment.

New patients are required to complete our “new patient form” prior to vaccination, and return it to us, if able, prior to your appointment.
